Sunaina Jagroep – Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Sunaina is the driving force behind Monsun Create NV. With a strong background in communications and years of entrepreneurial experience in the beauty, events, and construction industries, she combines creativity with strategic thinking. As CEO, she oversees operations, guides long-term planning, and ensures that every project meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.
Her leadership is rooted in hands-on experience: from running large-scale events like Halloween Horror Town to managing businesses across different sectors. At Monsun, she focuses on building strong client relationships and steering the team toward innovation and growth.
Monique Roshni Jagroep RA – Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Roshni brings precision, expertise, and a wealth of international experience to Monsun Create NV. As CFO, she leads the financial strategy of the company—overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and cost management to ensure every project is delivered with efficiency and transparency.
A registered Chartered Accountant since 2017, Roshni has built her career at top firms. Her deep knowledge of auditing and financial control gives Monsun a strong foundation for sustainable growth. At Monsun, she ensures sound financial planning and clear reporting, while also keeping a close eye on cash flow and project monitoring. With her sharp analytical mindset and results-driven approach, Roshni helps transform complex numbers into actionable strategies.
Kimberley Consuela Berghout – Project & Operations Manager | Head of Building Management Services

Esmeralda Dorothy King – Finance & Administration Manager
Esmeralda ensures that Monsun’s operations run seamlessly behind the scenes. As Finance & Administration Manager, she oversees day-to-day administration, financial processes, and front desk operations, while also supervising support staff to maintain an efficient workflow. In addition, she manages Monsun’s event venue, Utopia Heritage, ensuring all events are executed smoothly and efficiently.
With her sharp eye for detail and perfectionist mindset, Esmeralda keeps the team organized and projects on track. Working closely with Monsun’s CFO, she has developed strong expertise in financial administration and process management. Her background spans office management, administration, and event coordination, giving her the versatility to balance numbers, people, and structure.
