Historic details
This historic building on Herenstraat dates back to the 18th century, originally owned by the Brundel family and later passed to influential figures like Johannes Bock and Salomon Lijnslager. It survived the devastating 1821 city fire and underwent several transformations. By the 20th century, a grand wooden house stood there, but despite its excellent condition, it was demolished in 1988.
